Full Job Description

Full time sales manager knowledgeable in residential and commercial maintenance agreements/contracts. Must be able to speak fluently with customers, bilingual a plus. Computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite is required. Answering phone calls for potential clients and communicating via email is required. Being able to problem solve and create schedules for technicians as well as selling and closing deals. Cold calling future clients and marketing maintenance services is a daily duty. Willing to learn and grow your department and make it your own.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
