Summary : This position is responsible for assisting with recruiting activities in assigned market area.
Supervisory Responsibilities : This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. However, as part of project management duties this position may direct the work of others.

Desired Education :
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates and Licenses :
Valid Driver’s License
Computer Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint along with SharePoint and a working knowledge of online meeting applications (e.
g., LiveMeeting, Genesys, etc). Proficient with CareerBuilder tool, Linkedin, social media, and Cisco Video Conferencing functionality.
Communication Skills :
Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and company personnel.
Attendance Expectations :
The position requires regular and predictable attendance in the office. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand;
walk; and sit. Ability to move boxes and other materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Environment Demands :
Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with managers, employees and candidates, both verbally and in writing.
Some travel by car or plane is required to support operations meetings and other initiatives.
Verbal and Writing Ability :
Ability to communicate courteously, efficiently, and professionally. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Strong phone skills.
Math Ability :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
