Our client is a leading player in the FMCG Market and is looking for an experienced and first-class HR Business Partner to join the People team in Spalding, South Lincolnshire
ing into the Head of People, The HR Business Partner role will have operational and strategic responsibility.
Key focuses include ensuring services and initiatives align with the company’s global and local strategic objectives, ensuring HR policy and procedure is consistent and championed across all sites as well as being the ‘champion’ for people, partnering with colleagues and key stakeholders.
Excellent generalist HR experience is essential as you’ll be involved with day to day HR too.
This role would be well suited to a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner looking for their step up!
Key Requirements:
*You will be CIPD qualified.
*Have previous experience within manufacturing or similar fast paced industry.
*Be solutions driven.
*A strong communicator with confidence to appropriately challenge.
Salary & benefits:
*£45,000-£50,000 salary depending on experience
*Annual bonus scheme entitlement
