Title: In-House Sales Executive

s to: Sales Manager

Shift: Mon-Fri. 9:00am – 5:30pm

Pay Rate: Base $75,000 – $200,000 + Commission

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional salesperson with a proven track record and existing relationships, supplying consumer packaged products (CPG) with retailers and distributors in the hemp sector. As a salesperson, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth by leveraging your established network of contacts with smoke shops, convenience stores and relevant retail buyers. Tobacco/Vape/CBD/+Hemp experience is required.

Hemp Supply Prime is a premium bulk wholesale distributor and white label manufacturer of hemp products for leading national brand clients. HSP is a vertically integrated product solution company located in Santa Ana, CA. Additionally we have recently launched a few of our own house brands. Job Title: Professional Salesperson with Existing Retailer and Distributor Relationships

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Utilize existing relationships with retailers and distributors to promote and sell our products/services.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, highlighting their unique selling points and value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales s, forecasts, and insights to the management team.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on busin vess development and account management.
• Strong existing relationships with retailers and distributors in the hemp sector (tobacco, vape and ancillary products will be considered).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
