We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee purchasing and shipping and inventory.
• Work facilities maintenance.
• Provide administrative assistance to management team.
• Manage a small team of administrative staff (2).
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
• Vendor relations
• Some HR responsibilities.

• Previous experience in operations and management
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Experience working with Enterprise software
