We have an immediate opening for a Customer Care Administrator in our expanding Enterprise Solutions
Department.
The position requires the candidate to act as the primary administrative support of Hemlock’s growing roster
of Enterprise Accounts. The role will handle the administration of enterprise production orders, inventory
management for specified accounts, and program billing. They will be responsible for coordinating with the
Enterprise Team to ensure work is efficiently distributed across multiple departments including Planning,
Prepress, Production, and Accounting. The role is key in ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders on
a day-to-day basis.
Core Responsibilities:
including:
o Sales Order Entry
o Case (Estimate and Order) Creation
o Business Card Shell reorders
o Buyouts
o Replenishments
o Create new items (when applicable)
o Ensure accuracy of inventory records (quantity on hand, costing, etc.)
o Answering general tickets and email inquiries
o Fielding phone calls

performed.
