HELM Hiring for Customer Care at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have impeccable English communication skills in both speaking and writing. Our Customer Support role requires some copyediting and copywriting. The ideal candidate will also have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or be comfortable with making sales calls. You must have a reliable internet connection and computer with a webcam. Basic tech skills are required.

Job Requirements:

• Essential: A reliable and high-speed internet connection.
• Prerequisite: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Required: Demonstrated capability in building and fostering positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Main responsibility: Crafting sales and marketing materials during the first month of employment.
• Preferred (but not obligatory): Familiarity with professional PDF document layout.
• Proficiency required: Conducting phone and video calls with ease.
• Necessary background: Proven experience in customer service and remote sales.
• Beneficial: Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Expected: Aptitude in using various applications.
• Must be capable of accurately resolving incidents.
• Active contribution to the company’s knowledge-base and sharing insights with colleagues.
• Accountability for customer loyalty and retention.
• Essential: Strong team player mentality.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience of 1-3 years in B2B sales.
• This is a remote position based from home.
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Hourly Rate: Compensation ranges from $8 to $12 (net) depending on experience.
