HelloMD is a North American leader in providing education and access to prospective cannabis patients. Patients use our Telehealth platform to consult with healthcare practitioners about medical cannabis and whether it’s right for them. We provide live support daily to our patients, our healthcare practitioners, and our partners – and are seeking to add a sales-oriented individual to our fast-growing team.
Job Overview
As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be outbound calling to patients as well as supporting inbound patient inquiries.
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable making and receiving dozens of calls per day, working with Customer Service and the Business Partner, generating interest, qualifying opportunities and converting medical cannabis card prospects into booked appointments
