About The Role:
We are looking for a Quality Control Associate who will take a hands-on approach to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our product quality control processes. Reporting to the FSQA Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high quality and safe meal kits they feel excited about serving to their families.

You Will:
Conduct quality control inspections during receiving to ensure specification adherence;

Perform regular inspections on packaged products for lot code;

Work closely with the Warehouse Team to achieve quality targets;

Communicate with cross-functional teams in cases of product non-conformance;

Maintain photo database of product non-conformances;

Lead product sorting teams;

Perform quality control inspections on work-in-progress and finished product;

Complete logs and records as required.

At a minimum, you have:
0-1 year experience in warehousing and/or food manufacturing;

Experience working in QC/QA is an asset;

Flexible with working hours for business requirements, including afternoon and weekend shifts;

Able to lift up to 20 kgs;

Comfortable working in a cold environment and standing and walking for duration of shift;

Familiar with MS Office, Google Apps and comfortable learning new technology.
