About the job

This is an exciting opportunity to support the finance team in providing timely, insightful and accurate financial data analytics. This will include preparing a robust rolling forecast, variance analysis and enhancing the efficiency of our reporting to enable us to business partner our stakeholders and advise in commercial decision making. The role will have a varied group of stakeholders including, marketing, product & revenue teams.

What you will be doing:

• Preparing and updating existing templates for management reporting and budget submissions.
• Supporting the team to ensure reporting accuracy for quarterly budgeting process.
• Scrutinise and stress test underlying assumptions for financial modelling.
• Preparation of dashboards and reporting on key business metrics to stakeholders.
• Providing logical insights and Ad-hoc project work and process improvements on existing systems and models.
• Month end management accounting for marketing
• Weekly reporting that provides insights and analysis for revenues and cost of sales
• Run our revenue model, gain insights into our customer behaviour and drive how we model our topline performance.
• Business partner with a wide range of stakeholders, helping them to understand their performance through data so we can drive greater profitability
• Supporting wider business on new project initiatives, ensuring information is being reported and communicated accurately.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the finance team.

Who you are:

• Understands the structure of the P&L
• A focused self-starter with good attention to detail. Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Organised and efficient. Able to work in a busy and fast-moving office and under pressure.
• Process driven, analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and develop.
• Proficiency in SQL is a bonus.
• Drive to continuously improve and build processes.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• CIMA Part qualified or looking to qualify which we will support with
