Hello Social Hiring for Account Manager – Paid Media at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

We are looking for a gun Account Manager within the Paid Media space, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, planning and delivering media campaigns, creating and delivering content, developing and executing campaigns and analysing the success of advertising and campaigns.

What you’ll do:

• Effectively manage allocated clients taking responsibility for, and driving media strategy
• Ability to manage challenging clients
• Proactively develop and pitch new campaign ideas
• Ensure all targets and deadlines are met
• Work within assigned client hours to produce content (minimise overs and unders)
• Communicate effectively with the client to build new relationships and nurture existing ones
• Develop strategic plans, set up and implement social media advertising campaigns in leading digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google etc), for both brand and conversion outcomes.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of a portfolio of client projects across the business from brief to completion.
• Drive integrated creative and media thinking in responses, collaborating with multiple departments.
• on activity to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and to ensure the client is informed of performance in line with their KPIs.
• Develop content strategy then effectively work with the team to create content to support media campaigns
• Work with graphic designers to ensure the timely delivery of photos, designs, and video for paid activity

About you:

• At least 1 years’ experience in the social media/media marketing industry
• Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar
• Knowledge of digital media platforms, buying systems and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Ability to develop solid relationships within the business
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
• Interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook, TikTok and Google advertising
