HeliosX Hiring for Talent Partner (Remote or Hybrid working UK/EU) Job at Remote Full Time

As a Talent Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all things talent acquisition at HeliosX. We’re an essential and quickly growing talent function helping to scale our digital, clinical, operations and many other teams.
What you’ll be doing:
The below is by no means an exhaustive list of what you’ll be doing in your Talent Partner role…

• Partnering very closely with our hiring managers/communities for the full recruitment lifecycle of their roles.
• You’ll create and lead on hiring campaign plans, monitor ‘time to hire’ through milestones and drive a best-in-class experience for everyone.
• Providing deep domain knowledge on market trends, competitor talent analysis, in-demand skillsets, salary benchmarking etc.
• You’ll source and interview the very best candidates for our roles across the group. Assessing suitability of candidates and culture fit for HeliosX with inclusivity at the forefront of that work.
• Create eye-catching engaging outreach campaigns that highlight our EVP, company culture and promote our mission drive purpose.
• Use data (both existing and reports that you create) to help inform hiring activity across the group, monitor talent success metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
• Coach, mentor and encourage our Sourcing Analysts and Talent Operations Assistants

Requirements
We’re looking for someone with proven in-house or RPO talent acquisition experience. If you’ve gained this in a scaling organisation or high growth start-up environment that would be great, but not essential.
You’ll need to be highly organised, working across multiple roles, projects, workstreams and groups. Attention to detail and speed of work are essential in our fast-paced environment. We work in an agile way (which we find very exciting!) and would love for you to enjoy that style too.
We’re an incredibly data-driven organisation and we’d be looking to you to keep creating those datasets, so we can review and improve our ways of working and make informed data-driven decisions. Experience of talent related data-analysis is essential to success.
Our talent marketing and outreach are things we’re looking to focus much more on going forward. We’d like for you to have some experience in understanding what works well on social media and some creative or innovative ideas on how to promote HeliosX.
Communication is key to so many aspects of this role. From clear and engaging written comms to candidates, timely responses to hiring communities and coming up with creative marketing copy. Strong communication skills are vital.
