We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the hiring practices of the talent team and to attract and recruit top talent across HeliosX. We’re a rapidly scaling organisation with ambitious plans for our people growth,

This exciting role will involve a combination of team management, recruiting for senior-level roles, talent division strategy and BI reporting/analysis.

What you’ll be doing

The below is by no means an exhaustive list of what you’ll be doing in your pivotal Talent Acquisition Lead role:

• Own the full hiring processes for allocated roles – setting high standards for speed and quality.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle to ensure a high-quality pipeline and timely delivery of hires for all roles across the Talent team.
• Input into the overall hiring strategy of the organisation to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
• Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
• Support and drive diversity and inclusion efforts in alignment with our company strategy.
• Provide input for improvement in our recruitment processes and best practices.
• Coach, train and mentor the wider hiring team.
• Conduct supporting recruitment workshops/training documents to upskill all hiring managers on how to interview and select the best talent for the business including; LinkedIn and candidate profiles building, talent spotting, interviewing, and assessments, and unconscious bias training.
• Develop & analyse our recruitment metrics and dashboards, and use your knowledge, market insights, numbers, and analysis to continually refine & improve the talent acquisition process across the whole company.

• Manage team activity and monthly performance of the Talent team.
• Serve as a partner and subject matter expert in recruitment, working with the VP of People / Head of Talent Operations to prioritise roles and delegate appropriate resources within the talent function.
• Work with the VP of People, and Head of Talent Operations and Marketing to recommend ways to improve HeliosX employer brand; update our company website and social media presence in your area of expertise and participate in industry practice groups and networks.
• Work towards turning employees into brand ambassadors by creating programmes and activities to boost our digital footprint such as; driving our referral programme and internal content creation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology startups/scaleups, preferably in the growth stage.
• Previous experience in leading a direct recruitment model with very low recruitment agency use.
• Experience managing a talent team to deliver against hiring plans, putting in place operational systems to support the rapid growth of the company.
• Applicant tracking systems awareness, with a strategic ability to streamline the recruiting and hiring process.
• Experience setting up recruitment operational procedures and improvements in a growing company.
• Demonstrated achievement in recruiting hard-to-find roles.
• Strong experience with well-defined and proven sourcing methods, high degree of familiarity/proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, social media and multiple search engines, job aggregators/propagators, etc.

1. Screening call with a Talent team member (30 mins) followed by an online aptitude test

2. Competency, strength and culture fit interview (60 mins)

3. Final stage interview with presentation task (60-90 mins)
