What you’ll do: *
The below list is a small example of what you’ll be doing in this exciting and key talent acquisition team role:

• You’ll be searching for and attracting the very best talent to HeliosX, across a number of different industries and skillsets (tech, growth, marketing, product, design etc.)
• Becoming a trusted advisor and super-user for channels used for our candidate outreach (e.g. current ATS candidates, internet searches, job boards, meet-ups, skillset specific forums, x-ray search, professional networks etc)
• Working very closely with and supporting the Talent Partners with all talent activity, from end-to-end of our recruitment processes.
• Advising and leading on innovative ways to build out diverse talent pipelines and create eye-catching copy/outreach campaigns
• You’ll screen potential candidates, assessing suitability for our opportunities, fact finding on career drivers and helping promote our mission-driven purpose.
• Work closely with the Talent Partners in building strong relationships with our internal hiring communities. Understanding constant and changing needs of the business and providing market data
• Curate and manage our ATS (Workable) ensuring that our “single source of truth” is up to date and accurate for reporting and data analysis
• Perhaps most importantly, making sure you’re providing a true best-in-class candidate experience, in every interaction with HeliosX

Requirements
Whether you’re looking for your next in-house talent role or you’d like to move on from an agency, we’d love to speak with you.
You’ll have deep knowledge and experience with all the major current talent sourcing tools. Including: Otta, Hired/Hackajob, Cord, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
We’re an incredibly data-driven organisation and we’d be looking to you to keep creating those datasets, so we can review and improve our ways of working and make data-informed decisions.
Working in a growing talent team and a scaling organisation, you’ll need to enjoy working in a very agile environment where priorities and direction can change quickly. We think it’s an exciting way of working and would hope you share that feeling!
Communication is key to so many aspects of this role. From clear and engaging written comms to candidates, timely responses to hiring communities and coming up with creative marketing copy. Strong communication skills are essential.
