We are seeking an individual to manage our online order system, pack merchandise into boxes, and create shipping labels in a safe and efficient manner. Computer literacy skills are necessary and there is a component of computer work that includes updating inventory, and creating new products. On-the-job training is provided. Ideally this candidate will also receive new merchandise and count and check all in-coming orders are correct. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be excellent at customer service and responding to customers online. This is a fast-paced position, with the successful candidate expected to be able to work independently in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pack items according to customer orders
• Manage return packages and determine refund amounts
• Respond to customer service emails in a curteous and professional manner regarding online orders
• Update inventory in system
• Create new products in system
• Receive all in-coming shipments, count and check the items match the packing slip
• Occasionally lift heavy boxes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-37 per week

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
