Heinen’s hybrid work model allows for up to 2 days per week of remote work (Wed/Fri) and requires 3 days of onsite work (Mon/Tue/Thurs). This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorhip.

Job Summary:

The Heinens Supply Chain Business Analyst is the subject matter expert for the functionality, technical design, and data dependencies for the Heinens Supply Chain platform. The Supply Chain Business Analyst will play a key role in any analysis, process improvement and implementations as well as hold responsibility for day-to-day system performance and data health, while maintaining a focus on internal customer and stakeholder experience. The Supply Chain Business Analyst will interact with Heinens Leadership, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Defines, designs, and documents cross-functional business requirements for supply chain features, processes, and procedures.
• Works with all levels of supply chain to identify opportunities for improvement or efficiencies.
• Identifies and escalates issues at the appropriate level as they arise; facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution to ensure timely delivery of phased project rollout.
• Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, leadership, technology, and third-party vendors.
• Supports and trains internal stakeholders on the Supply Chain and creates supporting materials as required, providing support and research for users.
• Makes recommendations for innovative solutions, approaches, or solutions to solve business problems before, and as, they arise.
• Supports supply chain and data governance initiatives by serving as a subject matter expert of product and data capabilities.
• Fosters an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement.
• Manages change control processes, both internally and with third-party vendors.
• Stays up to date on supply chain trends in retail, grocery, and grocery delivery space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management, computer science, or a related field of study
• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience with experience in supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal presence, with additional demonstrated ability of appropriate tone in customer-facing digital communication.
• Collaborative attitude with ability to work in a cross-functional team environment across all levels of an organization.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines on multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge or experience in Agile techniques.
• Able to maintain a long-term view of a project goals while dealing with short-term project obstacles.
• Able to appropriately communicate complex themes and ideas to team members across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and comfort with a fast-moving project team.
• Experience with multi-platform integration a plus.
