Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for facilitating the Hiring and Selection process throughout the company.
This includes assisting managers with identifying critical business needs within any department, creating thorough job descriptions for each role, or updating prior job descriptions to meet the current need, assisting the manager through the interview process through resume reviews, phone screening and in-person interviewing, and extending offers of employment.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage heavily with leaders at every level of the organization.
