PRIDE IN WHO WE ARE, PASSION FOR WHAT WE DO
At HEINEKEN we’re about more than the name above the door. Much more. As the UK’s leading pub, cider and beer business we’re home to some of the world’s best-loved ciders and beers, and a leading player in the international drinks industry.
That kind of success is only possible with the right kind of people. It’s the pride and passion of our colleagues that makes us stand out from the crowd. We’re building a future that embraces innovation, sustainability, diversity and, of course, the opportunity for our 2,400 colleagues to make the most of their careers. We’re a business which will bring out the best in you. If you’re as excited about our future as we are, then we’d love to hear how you can help us shape it.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) and working very closely and supporting the TA Partners, you will be supporting the recruitment of our high volume roles and early career campaigns. This role has fantastic breadth as it supports recruitment across all functions in HEINEKEN UK, primarily focussing on building talent pipelines for our entry level talent roles.
You will provide full end-to-end resourcing and talent guidance, focussing on a high quality candidate experience. This is a really diverse, fast paced role and no two days will be the same! You’ll need to juggle supporting the hiring a mix of skill sets from Customer Service, Legal Administration, Production Operators, Graduates, Apprentices, Regional Sales Managers and Analysts to name but a few. The range of stakeholders will also keep you on your toes but you will also learn as much from them as they will from you!
Your key objectives will be to drive and maintain our recruitment process as well as placing a real focus on working with hiring managers to create sustainable talent pipelines that allow us to attract the best and broadest range of candidates to HEINEKEN. You’ll be the champion for our I&D ambition and of course for our internal talent. You’ll play a key role in bringing to life and shaping our HEINEKEN Employee Value Proposition through the adverts you create and activities you drive.
The Person
To be a success in role you’ll need that strong blend of being people and outcome focussed, alongside the ability to spin many priorities at one time while also having a drive to get things right the first time – we can’t have adverts or contracts going out with the wrong information! Experience managing high volume recruitment across multiple functions is essential and you’ll need to be able to demonstrate experience of creating innovative attraction and selection strategies.
Our Talent Acquisition team likes to win, laugh and help each other – while managing very full workloads. We can have many vacancies to juggle at once, so it will be key that you have a proven ability to prioritise, stay focused and calm! We have recently launched a new ATS, SuccessFactors therefore we are implementing new ways of working and there is a need to influence and support a variety of stakeholders in adopting these.

Package – 36 Days annual Leave (for 2022), Bonus, up to 10% employer pension contributions, Company funded BUPA healthcare cover, monthly beer and cider allowance

The closing date for applications is 5pm Wednesday 19th January 2022
We warmly welcome applications from any industry and all backgrounds
What have you got to lose by applying?
We are extremely proud of the progress we have made on our I&D agenda. We’ve reviewed our policies, introduced smarter working principles, and created colleague taskforces focusing on LGBTQ+, Race & Ethnicity, Disability, Age and Gender. Research shows that some of us in these groups are less confident to apply for roles when we don’t have all the experience required. If you’re passionate about this role then we’d very much encourage you to apply, telling us why you see such a good fit in your covering letter, and let’s see what happens next!
