At the same time, we are supporting our customers as well with their challenges to deal with this evolving environment. To support these efforts, we are looking for a self-starter to support our training activities for our customers and our employees. In this position, the Training Coordinator will drive various activities along the training cycle and support hiring activities for our apprenticeship program.
Location: Kennesaw, GA (onsite at Corporate Office)

Coordinate and publish training activities with customers (training dates, travel, etc.)
Coordinate training schedule for field technicians (training needs, curriculum development, booking of training facility, etc.)
Administer training schedule, training publications, and training participation
Ensure training standards are followed (documents ready, rooms booked, trainers organized, etc.)
Support finding apprentices (candidate selection, travel, etc.)
Support the development of new training materials
Ensure that curriculum and training needs are ready for each training class
What you need:
Hands-on experience planning and organizing multiple training events
Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience with e-learning platforms beneficial
