HedgeApple Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Lawrence, KS Full Time

Are you a detail-oriented communicator with the ability to work on multiple tasks at once? Are you an accurate and efficient self-starter? We’re looking for a motivated, efficient, and communicative customer service representative that can manage both customer relations and order processing/management.

This position would be ideal for someone that excels at delivering great customer service, can perform multiple tasks at once, and is looking to gain experience at an established brand name. Experience working in a small business environment is a plus. This is a remote position that requires stable internet access.

HedgeApple is an eCommerce furniture retailer specializing in interior design and home decor. We work with over 100 vendors and various shipping carriers to deliver products as accurately and efficiently as possible. Members of our customer service team are able to work in a fast-paced environment and have influence over their workflow to suit their skillset.

What You’ll Do

• Answer phone calls, emails and chats from both customers and vendors
• Resolve customer service issues in a professional and timely manner
• Facilitate order processing, including booking shipments, confirming stock levels and troubleshooting any issues
• to the operations/customer service manager

Who You Are

• Someone with exceptional customer service and multitasking skills
• An attentive and fast learner with strong organizational skills and exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Someone able to work remotely with stable internet access and a quiet/distraction free work environment
• (Preferred) Someone with experience in shipping and receiving
• (Preferred) 1+ years of customer service experience

This is a work-from-home position, but we are looking for local applicants as there will be some initial in-person training.
