Your role will involve:
Creating and managing a dashboard of talent and performance insights that drive decision making and future interventions by the Talent & Performance Team.
Identify organisational risks and issues related to retention of talent
Work on a range of projects and business change activity such as deeper succession, talent mapping, talent reviews, Career Paths, and talent mobility/job brokerage.
Create insights and reporting suites to regularly present to senior leadership teams and collaboration with other areas of the People Team and business functions to share data and insights. ( particularly Reward, Resourcing, Engagement, L&D, BP’s, ED&I, PLT and OLT)
Support regular organisational activity of Integrated Talent & Performance reviews to ensure completion of data gathering as well as supporting with preparation of Talent Review sessions.
Lead insights sessions with colleagues to ensure the Talent & Performance Team create and deliver the right solutions.
These skills are essential:
The ability to create, interpret and present complex data in a clear and compelling way to influence outcomes
An interest in developing careers and supporting colleagues
Flexibility to work across a range of projects and supporting driving change
Strategic thinking – taking concepts into reality
Strong Excel skills
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Experience or training in Power BI
Understanding of Talent and Performance activities, programmes and processes
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across the business

Working location
Agile working means that whilst Heathrow Airport is your contractual place of work, your role will dictate your working location. This means that you can work from home but will need to come to the airport for meetings, events and training at your own expense. Sometimes, you might need to come to the airport at short notice and therefore we require you to be based in the UK.
Traveling to work
At Heathrow, we will support you to find a sustainable way to travel to work.
