We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Technician to join our team sat The Heathman Lodge. As our Engineering Technician , you will be responsible for ensuring excellent facility condition and guest satisfaction through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.

Position Information : Hourly rate is 19.00- 20.00 dollars.

In this role, you will :

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems according to manufacturers’ specifications
• Inspect equipment daily and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose issues and make repairs to resolve maintenance requests in guest rooms and public spaces
• Communicate supply and project status clearly to supervisor
• Maintain interior and exterior building appearance through janitorial, landscaping, and repair tasks
• Adhere to all work order and maintenance policies and procedures
• Foster positive relationships with other departments to enable smooth resort operations

Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience in building maintenance and repair, ideally in a hotel or resort setting
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Strong preventative maintenance background
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and professionalism
