We are seeking a like-minded individual who shares our vision, to join us as a Registered Manager for our service in Newark on Trent.

Heathcotes Enright Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with learning disability and challenging behaviour who may have dual diagnoses or associated complex needs. The service is situated in a residential area in Newark and close to a wealth of community facilities including local shops, parks and sporting facilities. The service also enjoys easy access to Nottingham City centre where there are many opportunities for socialising and educational opportunities.

The Role

You will have responsibility for all managerial aspects of the home, with your top priority being to focus on ensuring the best standards of care are maintained, exceeding CQC and other regulatory bodies’ expectations. Our people are at the heart of what we do – you will support your staff to be the best versions of themselves, delivering person-centered care and ensuring that they are committed to being part of a close-knit and dedicated team.

About you

If you are…

• A dedicated and resilient leader, with experience of managing services specialising in Learning Disabilities
• Level 5 qualified or willing to work towards this
• Able to motivate your staff team and navigate your way through challenging times
• Confident when dealing with CQC legislation and quality standards
• Excited to truly make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people
