Full Time Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant based out of our Head Office location. This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key member of the overall administration and daily operations of our company. The role involves answering incoming calls from clients/brokers, responding to inquiries and questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing support as well as various administrative tasks within the office and to our executive team. The successful candidate must be extremely self-motivated, organized, and passionate about adding value to the clients, brokers, management, and our company.
The position will come with a H.S.A. (Health Spending Account) after a probationary period.
Job Description:
· Respond to client inquiries electronically and by phone.
· Process policy documentation paperwork and communicate with brokers.
· Review and process all weekly cash outs
· Help maintain general office tidiness.
· Prepare reports, memos, letters of direction and other forms as required.
· Staff & Management Scheduling
· Prepare necessary reports and documents for management meetings.
· Complete Bank Deposits and Mailings

Experience:
1 to 2 years related administrative experience. Insurance and/or Registry experience would be an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
