Responsibilities:

• Harvest Heartee gourmet mushrooms from our container farms using a range of manual and automated processes to package them ready for sale to our customers.
• Follow defined workflows and production schedules to ensure daily required volumes meet our high-quality standards.
• Record & track growth daily, along with other metrics.
• Monitor and control environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, CO2 levels.
• Conduct regular testing for optimizing crop yield, nutritional value and sustainability.
• Prepare orders and deliver to our customers.
• Collaborate with other team members to implement cultivation techniques.
• Protect yourself and others by following health and safety guidelines.
• Being part of a world-class team delivering high quality products to our customers with minimal waste.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• A passion for mushrooms, sustainability, and nutrition.
• Strong attention to detail and caring for cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, dictated by customers and grow cycles
• Both confident and comfortable working alone as well as part of a team.
• High School Diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
