Let me tell you, this job plays a crucial role in ensuring HeartCore’s clients’ continued success with our programs, coaching, trainings, and live events. And to be successful in this role, you need to provide exceptional client support that encourages clients to keep using HeartCore products and services. You need to have a passion for understanding clients’ goals, challenges, and a keen sense of resolving any complaints or concerns they may have. You must be able to re-enroll them in our services because your role directly impacts our clients’ success – if you have sales experience or background this will come in handy!
As a Client Success Specialist, you will provide valuable information on the service that will work best for each individual client, ensuring clients have the best experience possible, and keeping the goals and outcomes of our clients’ success at the forefront of all conversations! In addition to providing detailed notes and documentation, you must be a team player, client advocate, and continuously educate yourself on HeartCore’s products, services, and overall mission.
