And to be successful in this role, you need to provide exceptional client support that encourages clients to keep using HeartCore products and services. You need to have a passion for understanding clients’ goals, challenges, and a keen sense of resolving any complaints or concerns they may have. You must be able to re-enroll them in our services because your role directly impacts our clients’ success – if you have sales experience or background this will come in handy!

As a Client Success Specialist, you will provide valuable information on the service that will work best for each individual client, ensuring clients have the best experience possible, and keeping the goals and outcomes of our clients’ success at the forefront of all conversations! In addition to providing detailed notes and documentation, you must be a team player, client advocate, and continuously educate yourself on HeartCore’s products, services, and overall mission.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client cancellation and refund requests and identify opportunities to retain and re-enroll them into the product associated
• Maintenance and service declined payments and/or disputes relative to the programs
• Manage, problem solve and overcome client objections and escalations
• Continuously learn and stay up to date with products, services, objection techniques and sales strategies to support the overall position
• Identify and act quickly on opportunities to collaborate with team to enhance client experience and drive client engagement preventing decreased retention
• Discuss features, advantages, and benefits of products with clients
• Answers inbound and makes outbound calls, emails and text messages to clients
• Meet daily expectations including communicating with clients timely, with follow through and clarity
• Be a great team player and have the ability to collaborate, strategize and constructively work towards meeting or exceeding goals.

Qualifications:

• Steller problem solving is a must as you quickly identify the root cause of client issues, pinpoint strategies to eliminate those issues, and work with clients to negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
• Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRMs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate products to clients
• Strong organizational skills and pays attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business sense
• Handle each call with empathy, compassion, and professionalism to ensure the best client experience possible.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and client service skills for dealing with different types of clients
• Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once

Preferred experience in sales, objection training or background in client resolutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
