Server – fill in 2nd half of the summer as employees return to college

ROOMS AND BOARD IS PROVIDED.  HOUSING IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

Service of food and/or beverage to include the order taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greet the guest in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
• Record the details of the order from the guest, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy.
• Input the order into the point of sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed.
• When complete, retrieve food from the kitchen, confirm its accuracy, lift and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments. Abide by State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction multiple times.
• Market and serve upon request any desserts.
• Present the check to the guest promptly.
• Regular Attendance in conformation with standards. Being on time, and ready to work.

Front Desk Attendant

 Responsible for welcoming guests and staff in an effective and courteous manner.  Directly participates in operating a traditional 8 hour shift, 6 days a week, hotel-style front desk operation.  Answers external and internal telephone calls taking and delivering messages as needed. Booking rooms for guests, and outdoor activities. Provides guest services at the center so each staff member and guest experience a positive impression of the facility.

Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:

• The Front Desk will be staffed to provide services 8 A.M to 8 P.M  7 days a week. 
• After training, must display a working knowledge of policies and emergency procedures so that employee and guest safety will be insured.
• Utilizes the radio/paging internal communication system used throughout the facility.
• Utilizes the Xola and Cloudbeds System.
• Assists in coordinating registration functions for all guests.
• Books rooms for guests, and any outdoor activities available at the property.
