ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will be partnering with the business to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process. You will help build, shape and transform the way we approach our candidate outreach, advising on recruitment and resourcing across your business area. You will immerse yourself in the business area you represent to fully understand their current and future talent need.

ABOUT YOU

• You will already have a track record of delivering internal recruitment by efficiently hiring directly into a business.
• You will be efficient at using processing and applicant tracking systems.
• Proven experience of managing high volume recruitment, prioritising business critical roles accordingly.
• Experience of recruiting candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds and reaching candidates from diverse backgrounds, industries and groups.
• Proficient user of social media channels and direct sourcing strategies, especially LinkedIn.
• Knowledge and understanding of inclusive hiring practices.
• Passionate about delivering positive experiences for candidates and stakeholders.
• Well networked with great interpersonal skills and capable of easily and naturally building relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to prioritise and handle ever changing and conflicting workload priorities.
• Ability to think innovatively and generate ideas and solutions offering a range of options.
• High level of initiative and autonomy, with the ability to work independently.
• Able to adopt a collaborative approach within the team and with stakeholders.
• The ability to build trusted and positive relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate in a logical way, to listen and to clearly present information to others.
• Strong g attention to detail.
• High level of resilience with the ability to adapt approach to get the most out of candidates and stakeholders.
• Tactful, diplomatic and approachable.
