Who YOU Are:

The Field Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical role to the strategic workforce planning and recruitment support for the future hiring initiatives as well as the full life cycle recruitment to support our Support Center and Field Leadership roles.

• Responsible for the execution and support of the full life cycle Support Center and Field Leadership recruitment strategy, which includes providing workforce planning expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management skillset is required as you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all hiring managers and Regional Vice Presidents.
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to source a qualified diverse candidate pool, inclusive of the creation of job aids, processes, and procedures to support the organization’s recruitment strategy.
• Working to build and maintain talent pipelines for repetitive skillsets.
• Experienced with competency as well as behavioral based interview methods
• Balance short and long-term strategic goals, including campus recruiting / internship program management, Audiology conventions, HR related projects, and business expansion support through recruitment.
• Responsible for local and regional based recruitment support that span the US with many different skillsets.
• Be an authentic Team Member who lives the values, inspires, and facilitates others to contribute to collective results
• Maintain a continuous process improvement (CPI) mindset to improve upon current policies, procedures, and metrics
• Attend conferences, recruitment events, and professional events to develop a candidate pipeline.
• Can hold a flexible schedule to support all time zones.
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

We are Excited About You if:

• 4+ years of experience supporting hiring managers with a proactive recruitment partnership approach
• Experienced in hiring upper-leadership level roles
• Experience in high-volume recruitment processes
• Required knowledge and experience working with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems
• Proven experience with the ability to influence and partner with all types of management and personality styles

Travel:

Minimal Travel may be requested for job fairs and conventions.
