Who YOU Are:
As a member of the HearingLife Learning and Development team, the Junior Learning Experience Designer will play a key role in creating high-value training programs for our Team Members at all levels. We will soon launch a new Learning Management System (LMS) and are working to create a core learning curriculum by developing programs that elevate talent throughout our geographically dispersed organization. This will involve repurposing existing content for the LMS platform, as well as development of future curriculum and programs for a variety of delivery methodologies.
Reporting to the Learning Experience Designer, the successful person in this role will use multi-media tools and platforms to develop online and offline learning solutions that target learning objectives, improve performance, and deliver business results. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to make a significant difference in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Travel:
Domestic travel – Up to 10%. This is a remote position. Candidates must be located within the continuous United States, consisting of the 48 adjoining U.S. states.
