We have developed the Healy, a unique and innovative wearable that is controlled via smartphone. This little all-rounder contains many frequency programs that promote health, well-being and balance. A product for everywhere and anytime, for everyone.

Due to our rapid growth, further areas are being expanded and for this we need you – as Head of Finance “The Americas” for our Finance department in Orlando. The role as Head of Finance reports directly to the VP and Head of the Americas.

With your professional expertise you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice.

YOUR MISSION

• Responsible for the finance function of Healy World Co., including a wide span of a higher level of finance tasks, as well as detailed review of the financials in general
• Responsible for ensuring that financials are following local regulations and Reform’s finance policies
• Budgets and forecasts, supporting strategic decisions on expansion of the growth in the markets of Healy World Co.
• Preparation of budgets and forecast
• Liquidity and cash flow management
• Bookkeeping in local-GAAP and IFRS
• Month end closing and monthly reporting to Global Controlling and Global CFO
• Ensure the appropriate preparation of target/actual analyses, P&L analyses, warehousing, etc.
• Ensure the payments are following corporate policies and requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Economics
• GL budget control, business planning and Cash management background
• Direct Selling experience would be desired
• Several years of work experience and a good knowledge in the management of ‘Finance’, as well as experience in establishing processes and controls
• Order to cash knowledge
• An in-depth knowledge in Accounting, Tax and regulations in the USA
• High proficiency in MS Office (an excellent working knowledge in Excel and database usage is required)
• Strong organizational, customer service skills and critical thinking
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
• Fluent in English, with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
