We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition manager to join our team and play an integral role in our growing company. In this role you will lead the full-cycle recruiting processes for our European office. You’ll focus on sourcing, attracting, and bringing the best talent to our growing team, providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements:

• A recruitment professional with at least 4 years experience in full cycle recruiting for business roles of all levels including sourcing through various resources (such as LinkedIn, job boards etc), managing interview scheduling and candidate experience, negotiating and hiring candidates with complex offer packages
• Passion for and proven track record in partnering well with hiring managers – designing and running an effective and engaging interview process, serving as a subject matter expert on the candidate market and creatively troubleshooting challenges.
• Technically savvy and accustomed to working with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive multitasker with a passion for recruiting

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end recruiting processes of a wide range of roles including sales, partnership and operational roles.
• Source and creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline
• Be responsible for assessment processes, including conducting face-to-face (and zoom) interviews
• Partner and work closely with our hiring managers and act as a consultant on talent issues
• Build strong relationships with candidates to maintain an excellent candidate experience and help get great results for both sides
• Be part of an HR team, raising ideas, improving current processes, and constantly thinking in a creative and out-of-the-box way
• Be an ambassador for our culture and mission.
