You’ll be the empathetic voice that assists in helping interested, warm leads schedule their first-time treatment & consults, answers questions about our treatments and products, and elevates their overall health and wellness experience. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your persuasive skills to help sell and cross-sell our high-quality treatments and services.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle new patient inquiries and warm inbound leads with warmth and professionalism
• Educate potential patients, inspiring them to make beneficial decisions
• Manage interested leads and patients concerns, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
• Use persuasive sales techniques to schedule more first-time appointments
• Maintain and organize the CRM
