Healthy Back Institute Hiring for Talent Coordinator – Part Time (Remote) Job at Remote Full Time

Then come evolve with us as a Talent Coordinator. This role supports the People function of a fast growing Nutraceuticals company. This is a Part-Time Hourly contractor role working 25-30 hours/week as needed. This role is 100% remote and must be available during Central Standard Time.

The Healthy Back Institute is seeking an operational/service-oriented Talent/Recruiting Coordinator to provide talent acquisition and recruiting operations support across multiple roles.

– HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE –

• Support recruiters and hiring leaders with interview scheduling and coordination creating an easy and enjoyable experience that meets the needs of candidates, hiring leaders and recruiters.

• Support the Director of People & Culture with administrative, project management, and other related support tasks as needed.

• Create meeting agendas, take notes, provide meeting recaps, action items, follow-up and tasks. You hold people to tasks ensuring action items are completed and own project tracking utilizing HBI’s project management tool, Wrike.
• Support to operationalize our Applicant Tracking Systems, organizing templates, implementing clear documentation & SOPs, and putting into place best practices to create consistency and efficiency in the candidate experience.

• Post job descriptions on job sites and job boards including Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Craigslist, University Job Boards, and LinkedIn.

• Support with role research, and putting together job descriptions and success profiles.

• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters working with recruiters to ensure that our candidate pipelines stay clean, dispositioned and up to date.

• Own the offer letter process.

• Maintaining, refreshing and updating job postings to ensure that we’re not promoting roles that no longer exist and that our postings stay at the top

• Putting yourself in candidates’ shoes to create a high-touch, high-care candidate experience and efficiently coordinate virtual and on-site interviews communicating the agenda and logistics details with candidates, hiring leaders and interviewers.

• Follow-up regularly with hiring leaders, recruiters and candidates in the pipeline to ensure the hiring process is continually moving forward.

• Being involved in special people-related projects as needed.

– WHAT YOU HAVE –

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks and projects within deadline and hold others to task to do the same

• Hands on experience with various selection processes like offer letters, resume screening, job posting, note-taking and follow-up, process documentation, and working within an Applicant Tracking System

• Prior experience in talent acquisition, people, administrative, and/or executive coordination

• High attention to detail and a sense of urgency when juggling multiple priorities

• Commitment to providing high touch, outstanding experiences to candidates, hiring leaders and other stakeholders.

• Deep Experience with gmail, Google Suite including Google Docs and Sheets and collaborating via these tools, and prior experience working in an ATS, JazzHR and Wrike a plus!

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter ideal, but not required.
