We also played an important role in the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 pandemic response, securing essential personal protective equipment and life-saving equipment to support our health system’s readiness for the crisis.

We are now entering an exciting new phase in our organisational growth as we expand to deliver a full, end-to-end supply chain across the state, which includes the opening of a 22,500 square metre distribution centre that will serve as Victoria’s new medical consumables supply chain hub.

The Opportunity

ing to the Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst, the key objective of this role is to provide analytical support to the Supply Chain team through analytics and performance insights pertaining to all Logistics and Supply Chain operational activity as well as support any other HSV projects through providing analytics, data, and modelling as required.

Key Accountabilities Include, but not limited to:

• Maintain and refine DC Operational ing to provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly ing; primarily focused on safety, service, quality and cost
• Analyse and document recommendations based on business requirements for new and existing operational initiatives
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide analytics and data to guide decision making
• Assist in the creation and presentation of other operational and/or cost to service s to support the changing needs of the HSV Supply Chain team
• Leverage available Business Intelligence (BI) ing suite relevant to DC Operations, inputting into data and ing requirements, user testing, user education and maintenance of the relevant s
• Support organisational change and growth to assist HSV in fulfilling its legislative functions in line with its Strategic Plan

What You Will Bring:

• Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualifications, preferably encompassing one or more of business, finance, Supply Chain, Data Science, Commercial or related field (highly regarded)
• 3+ years experience in an analytical role, preferably in Supply Chain
• Proven ability to prepare and articulate complex findings simply and directly
• Experience using SQL, Power BI and/or similar ing tools preferred
• Strong organisational skills
• Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and unexpected requests
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

This is a 7.5 month fixed-term position, maternity leave cover.
