Responsibilities

Utilize proprietary database for data-mining of potential job applicants

Daily: Telephone potential candidates and present job opportunities to passive and active job seekers

Daily: Text and Email all potential candidate matches

Work with Account Managers to identify top talent and targeted skill set.

Consistently build and maintain strong relationships with their candidates

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 0-5 years ( college grad’s are encouraged to apply)

Must be able to consistently make outbound messaging to prospective candidates

Must be able to be develop strong business relationships with candidates

Must be a self-starter who can work in a production-driven, fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work on-site at our Tampa location.

COMPENSATION:

Base salary plus Commission

Benefits package includes a comprehensive medical, dental, vision plan and 401-K

Earning potential $60-$120k+ per year.
