The ideal candidate will have the following requirements for the Remote Healthcare Recruiter role

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience (candidates cannot convert perm unless they have 4 years and 6 months minimum of experience so do not sell with the potential to extend)
• Experience handling 50+ reqs
• Metrics need to be at 20+ placements per month if sourcing for professional roles, 30+ for CSRs

Assignment details for the Remote Healthcare Recruiter

• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Data analytics and business analytic roles is what will be recruiting on
• Need to feel comfortable calling the managers and contractors to do daily touch bases and being able to make sure they have a great experience
• Engage hiring leaders in effective kickoff sessions to establish and prioritize job requirements, while educating them on the talent landscape, timing, process steps, and expected trade-off
• Leverage best-in-class tools, data-driven insights, and quality processes to successfully develop and execute end-to-end talent attraction strategies within desired timelines
