Healthcare Recruiter – Remote Full Time

Perimeter Healthcare is hiring a highly experienced Healthcare Remote Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across our behavioral health facilities nationwide.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams.

Has a proven record in providing sourcing of qualified healthcare and executive candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Create and update job descriptions as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare preferably in mental health Has strong sourcing, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a remote environment Why Perimeter Healthcare Perimeter Healthcare is a mission-driven behavioral health organization dedicated to compassionate care, collaboration, and growth.
