• 2 years of experience in designing effective customized HR strategies
• Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or healthcare administration preferred

What you will be expected to do:

1. Coordination of all career fairs and recruitment events.
2. Job posting and advertising for all open positions and maintaining the Open Position Report.
3. Developing of recruitment marketing material, interview packets and maintaining inventory of all career fair giveaways.
4. Arranging all travel for candidates and recruiters, such as; booking flights, car rental and hotel accommodations.
5. Assisting the Director of Recruiting with various recruitment reports.
6. Sourcing candidates and researching and developing new recruitment tools.
7. Responsible for maintaining accurate records in ATS; updating employee or candidate status, etc.
8. Responsible for recruitment in the high volume, Per Diem Healthcare Division
9. Sourcing passive candidates from various job boards and social media sites.
10. Manage hiring manager relationship and stay informed of recruitment needs
11. Develops robust candidate pools for acute care and post-acute care positions
12. Works with compliances Team to ensure that candidates are compliant and help the organization meet the 100% compliance goals.
13. May perform special projects
14. Ensure full compliance during the onboarding process for each candidate recruited
15. Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
16. Scheduling and conducting interviews with prospective candidates.
17. Research and attend job fairs, job seminars to get the right candidate.
18. Negotiating salary, problem-solving, and counseling, therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate.
19. Upload Candidates credentials on the CRM tool, record data accurately and build 100% compliant profiles.
20. Perform follow up calls to candidates and document them.
21. Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
