Requirements
· Five+ years progressively responsible office environment experience.
· Administrative experience in real estate and/or construction industries preferred.
· Congenial disposition, accounting capabilities, excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
· Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
· 2 years property management or commercial/residential real estate experience preferred.
· Capable of working independently without direct supervision.
· Must be able to multi-task at a high level while prioritizing tasks.
· Must be detail oriented, proactive and adaptable.
· Forward-thinking analytical skills are a plus.
Job Duties
· Perform a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, drafting and distributing correspondence, expense ing, meeting coordination and filing/copying.
· Research any past due or unpaid invoices in Avid.
· Monthly rent statement preparation and rent payment collection as needed.
· Monitor office supply inventory.
· Maintain lease files.
· Assist in planning tenant events and prepare quarterly newsletter.
· Work with tenants, building maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work orders are complete and follow up.
· Track certificate of insurance requirements for vendors and contractors.
· Assist with annual building inventory assessment.
· Track and enter data into energy star energy management system.
· Travel to suburban office on quarterly basis.
