Healthcare IT Leaders Hiring for Workday Talent & Performance SME Job at Massachusetts Full Time

Our healthcare client in Massachusetts is in need of a Workday Talent & Performance SME to join their team immediately on a long-term project. This resource will be responsible for building out the 2 year Workday plan and be a thought leader for retention workstream. Some on-site travel will be required.
Qualifications:
- 5 + years experience implementing and supporting Workday Talent and Performance Management
- Experience implementing and supporting Workday functions including Core HR, Compensation or Talent Acquisition
- Experience with HR systems in a healthcare system, required
