Are you who we are looking for?
We have a need for a tenacious and enthusiastic full time in-house recruitment specialist to join our high performing team. Working with hiring managers and business leaders, to find great talent and ensure an optimal candidate experience. This new position offers an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter, with a passion and track record for talent acquisition, to play a crucial role in supporting our business growth. The position can be based out of any of our UK offices; Central & West London or North West England and will involve some UK travel.

You are a self-starter, a natural networker and a great relationship builder. You are a confident team player, with the drive and initiative to work independently as well as part of a group, who adds value and experience to supplement and complement the team skillset.
What do you come with?
- Demonstrable recruitment experience across the full cycle of talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services environment and across multiple locations for a global business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach, with ability to drive tasks and projects through to completion
- Outstanding interpersonal, data management, and selling skills
- Ability to thrive in a vibrant environment, managing workload with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of iCIMS or another Applicant Tracking System
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
- Experience in, or knowledge of, the medical communications recruitment market is desirable
