Health Link Home Health Agency provides responsive in-home health care to individuals and families in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. With over 15 years experience, Health Link has established partnerships with the Bay Area’s leading Hospitals, Physicians and care facilities. As our company continues to grow we are excited to add internal team members that will help facilitate and manage our recruiting.

We are looking for a Recruiter to design and oversee our company’s hiring. This person will work closely with leadership to identify and fill clinical and back office positions. To be successful in this role, the Recruiter should have experience screening and evaluating candidates.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate’s potential through constantly changing questions and understanding qualifications through pre-screening by phone or email. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

What you will be doing :

• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
• Listing creative ad’s that attract applicants, interviewing and screening candidates, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Skills we are looking for :

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• BS in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
