Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient processes, and excellent patient care
• Manage and coordinate administrative and clinical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies, including HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Develop and implement protocols and procedures to optimize office efficiency and productivity
• Manage and maintain electronic health records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information
• Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate billing and reimbursement processes
• Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to provide seamless care to patients
• Work efficiently alongside medical billing team to ensure all requests are met within the appropriate timeframe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within a medical practice or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and documentation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other office management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
