The job requires high level administration skills, including complex diary management, fantastic organisation and coordination skills and the ability to prioritise own workload and multi-task a variety of demands on their time.
You will engage with a variety of people, including senior executives across multiple different types of organisations including NHS services, local authorities, universities and other education providers, private, voluntary and independent health and education organisations and regulators.

This post will be based in one of our South East offices located in Crawley (Regus Station way), Oxford (4150 Chancellor Court), or Winchester (Southern House).

Secondments
Applicants from within the NHS will be offered on a secondment basis only, agreement should be obtained from their employer prior to submitting the application.
Salary Progression
Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 5 with a full-time starting salary of £25,655, with pay step increases after 2 years’ service and 4 years’ service. These salaries are offered in accordance with NHS Terms and Conditions and the HEE Pay Progression Policy and are subject to annual cost of living review.
