Health Education England Hiring for Project Support Officer Job at Leeds, England Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join the Directorate of Education and Quality (DEQ) Business Unit to support the business function of the directorate. Tasks and responsibilities are detailed in the job description and person specification. These may be reviewed in accordance with the changing needs of the Organisation.

The successful applicant will:

• Support the Business Team’s support function for the directorate, including helping develop business plans, budget and performance monitoring, risk management and governance processes via PM3.
• Provide cover to the Executive Assistants within the team when required.
• Collate and manage a range of datasets.
• Providing high quality administrative and project support including coordinating the secretariat function for the national programme teams, working groups and meetings, as and when required.
• Arrange meetings for the Business Unit and provide diary management.

Salary Progression

Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 5 with a full-time starting salary of £25,655, with pay step increases after 2 years’ service and 4 years’ service.

For posts based in Inner London, the above salaries will include the additional supplement of 20% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £4,608 per annum and a maximum payment of £7,097 per annum.

This is offered in accordance with NHS Terms and Conditions and is based on office location.
