Health Education England Hiring for HR Reward Assistant at Sheffield Full Time
Full job description
Due to an internal secondment, the HR Operations Team at HEE are looking for a Reward Assistant to join our Sheffield based team on a fixed term basis until February 2022.
Working in our centralised HR Operations Team, the post holder will administer a range of reward processes including employee benefits and job evaluation.
As Reward Assistant you will be committed to providing a first class service to HEE employees and and will be the first point of contact for all employee benefit and job evaluation activity.
The role is busy and your days will be varied and will include administering a range of employee benefits including;
- Lease car applications
- Child care vouchers
- Eyecare vouchers
- Cycle to work scheme
- Health and social benefits
- Long service awards
- Season Ticket Loans
- NHS Pension
- NEST Pension
The successful applicant will also be involved in administering job evaluation requests, arranging and coordinating panels.
