This is an interesting and varied role where you will work in a challenging, busy and rewarding environment, as part of a friendly and supportive team. You will be building relationships and networks with a wide range of people including NHS Hospital Trusts, junior doctors, consultants, and the Royal Medical Colleges.
You will be responsible for assisting within a wide portfolio that includes the management of training programmes and rotations for trainee doctors, quality, course administration, national recruitment events and the annual assessment processes for trainee doctors.

Secondments
Applicants from within the NHS will be offered on a secondment basis only, agreement should be obtained from their employer prior to submitting the application.
Salary Progression
Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 4 with a full-time starting salary of £22,549, with a pay step increase after 3 years’ service. These salaries are offered in accordance with NHS Terms and Conditions and the HEE Pay Progression Policy and are subject to annual cost of living review.
