What is an Account & Operations Coordinator?
Primary role is to assist the Account Management team with the speed and accuracy of placements of staff within our travel and international divisions, as well as complete operations functions to support the efficiency of the organization. Help manage order fulfillment processes including candidate submittals, evaluations of working HCPs, other operational tasks. Optimize revenue and profit potential, customer satisfaction and retention with client organizations.
What is a typical day like for an Account & Operations Coordinator?

Partner with Account Managers as assigned to complete tasks related to candidate job placement, such as submittal reviews, evaluations

• Be a knowledgeable user of the VMS or other client systems needed to perform all duties
• Perform a high level of customer service with our internal and external clients to promote retention and business growth
• Establish and build effective working relationships with multiple departments (Recruiting, ESS, Credentialing, Nursing, Human Resources, Finance, etc.) within assigned accounts
• Thoroughly review candidate submittals, screen against customer requirements, and communicate the result of that submittal effectively to the recruiting team
• Manage, track and communicate with clients in order to send/receive Assignment Evaluations as required by Joint Commission
• Manage and ensure all assignments have a client assignment confirmation loaded to assignment
• Effectively manage assignment record data including but not limited to ending candidate assignments in Merlin, ensuring that all data required within the assignment are present and accurate including documents uploaded, data fields entered, etc.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with offshore team to complete certain tasks (submissions to VMS’, Job order creation, other operational tasks for travel or international account management team, etc.)
• Provide out-of-office coverage for teammates (Account Coordinators and/or Account Managers) as needed
• Assign and complete ticket requests in various CRM queues including Rate Support and Sales Support
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support HCTN and other divisions of the organization

BS/BA preferred

• Demonstrates enthusiasm, organizational skills, teamwork, attention to detail, achievement-oriented mindset, and ability to work independent of close supervision
• Proven record of hard work, experience in sales or business environment a plus
• Computer literate (Microsoft and CRM) and Internet savvy
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing an excellent customer service experience for internal and external customers
• Adaptability to demanding business environment with changing business priorities and ability to perform outstanding work under time constraints
