International Recruiter, Remote, 105K, base plus bonus

Excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to join our US based corporation with overseas operations. International Recruiter is a remote role with 25% travel to our corporate offices in the Texas and light international travel. Recruiter works independently and reports to a Team Lead with supportive staff to help navigate delivering excellence in customer service. Must have the ability to empathize, attract and persuade high quality candidates to consider accepting opportunities with our

US clients. Recruiter works closely with external and internal colleagues to ensure recruitment of Foreign Educated Healthcare Professionals and International Students graduating from U.S. Universities specializing in allied health. Recruiter manages candidates throughout the recruitment process with specific focus on candidate management (including screening, interviewing and job offer). Role requires experience in recruitment in high volume setting ideal candidate has experience working in healthcare industry. Allied and Nursing professional recruitment experience ideal. Track record of successful candidate and client relationships.

Does not require business development but requires a good recruiter that can communicate with their candidates while managing of client relationship. Educated to college level or equivalent experience gained in healthcare staffing. Ability to travel within the USA and Internationally.

Compensation up to 105K, 80K base plus performance bonus of 30%, excellent healthcare benefits and all paid travel expenses. Company offers all remote working equipment. Great additional company perks.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
